Base Units - Jaw, Cone & Impactor

The TEREX Pegson' range of stand-alone crushers can be incorporated into a variety of fixed crushing applications. This may be for a new quarry crushing plant or the utilisation of an existing system that needs to be upgraded to give a wide range of products.

BASE JAW UNITS

Unrestricted feed opening and excellent crushing geometry enables crusher to take "slabby" feeds.

GREASE LUBRICATION - To main shaft bearings
Jaws have a higher toggle angle allowing more material below CSS, i.e. Up to 85% passing below CSS as opposed to around 60% on a flatter toggle angle.

SETTING ADJUSTMENT/UNBLOCKING FACILITY - Push button controlled hydraulic cylinders raise and lower the upper frame assembly to adjust the crusher setting and to unblock the crushing chamber.

AUTOMAX & AUTOSAND

The TEREX Pegson Automax and Autosand cone crushers have high output capacities and offer excellent product shape through attrition crushing. They have been designed so for ease of maintenance and can be assembled/dismantled easily. Using a proven field tested technology they are reliable, energy efficient and are suitable for single sized screened feeds opposed to all in well graded feeds.
